Based in Milan, Luca covers Italian and European manufacturers with access accumulated over fifteen years of relationship-building at motor shows and factory visits. He has attended every major motor show since 2009, interviewed over two hundred automotive executives, and driven prototypes under NDA that most journalists never see.
